Consent to the processing of personal data

User, filling out an application on the website https://frs.in.ua(hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with The Law of Ukraine “Onpersonal data protection“. Approval (acceptance) of the Consent offer is sending an application from the Site or an order to the Operator by phone on the Site.

The user consents to the processing of his/her personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools.
2. Consent applies to the following information: last name, first name , patronymic, telephone number, e-mail.
3. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided for the purpose of providing the User with a response to the application, further concluding and fulfilling obligations under contracts, providing customer support, informing about services that, in the opinion of the Operator, may be of interest to the User, conducting surveys and marketing research.
4. The User grants the Operator the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent of the personal data subject and compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data.
5. Personal data is processed by the Operator until all necessary procedures are completed. Also processing may be terminated at the User’s request by email: information@frs.in.ua
6. The user confirms that by giving consent, he/she acts freely, of his/her own will and in his/her own interest.
7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the processing of personal data is terminated for the reasons specified in clause 6 of this document.
